Major retrofit and modifications of two part-sorting machines:

1. Voice controlled automatic sorting machine for handling of refurbishing of water pumps for car and truck engines.

The machine was redesigned for new raking lineup of 240 bins. It is now capable of processing up to 10,000 different types of water pumps.

2. Similar upgrade has been done for barcode sorter machine for refurbishing of calipers, break pads and cylinders.

Both voice sorter machine and barcode sorter machine were integrated in Factory Manufacturing Management (FMM) and SCADA systems.

The line machines a piston rod and a piston rod assembly (for engine crankshaft mechanism).

The line comprises of seven technological units, manipulators, industrial robots, intermediate transportation systems, automated storage facilities, interfaces with plant conveyors, as well as interfaces with manufacturing support utilities and plant’s SCADA system.
