1. Voice
controlled automatic sorting machine for handling of refurbishing of water
pumps for car and truck engines.
The machine was redesigned for new
raking lineup of 240 bins. It is now capable of processing up to 10,000
different types of water pumps.
2. Similar upgrade has been done
for barcode sorter machine for refurbishing of calipers, break pads and
cylinders.
Both voice sorter machine and
barcode sorter machine were integrated in Factory Manufacturing Management
(FMM) and SCADA systems.
